More than just computers: Our services are not just help with your computer - there are more and more other technical devices we all use these days, and we can help you with most of them, yes, including your computer(s)!
 
If it’s electronic or has to be “programmed” we can help!
DVD players, HDTVs, electronic devices - even that new-fangled gadget you just bought that seems so hard to use!

Travel Desinations: Although we’re in Raleigh, NC we do travel to surrounding areas such as the “Triangle” area of NC, and surrounding cities and towns.  Travel fees may apply.
 
 
Do you need a TECHNICALLY-INCLINED helper or personal assistant?  Some people are technically inclined and love technology … for others, it’s a bit more of a challenge. Maybe you feel like you could use help in this ever-more-technologically-oriented world? Sure, you can find lots of people and companies to clean your house, do your errands, even cook your meals … but what if you need help with things like: - understanding and using the technology that you have around your house - learning how to use all that high-tech stuff you own, but don’t use much - help deciphering all those numbers and stats when you go to buy a new digital camera, flat-screen TV, DVD or HD player, home-theater gadget, computer, electronic device or high-tech toy - help with those high-tech toys and gadgets that you bought for your kids or grand-kids - learning how to use various technical gadgets yourself (we are great teachers and guides!) - how to program that new device that you bought that just doesn’t seem very “user-friendly” or is hard to understand or use - what to do with all those digital photos and videos you have been collecting over the years and never seem to watch ‘cause it’s just too inconvenient or technically just a bit too complicated or messy - “cleaning up the mess” that has accumulated on your computer over the years, so that it runs better and you can find things more easily on it, and so that you can work more efficiently with it - fixing something that does not work, that is technical (electronic) in nature, or help in finding a place to get it fixed if we can’t - help deciding which new computer, computer accessory, software or new electronic “gadget” to buy from the many available - all those things that your spouse/kids/parent/friend used to do for you ‘cause they were the “technical type”, and they’re not around to help you when you need the help - just about anything else that is technically oriented that you want help with Need technical help? People have discovered, however, that I have a unique “knack” for this, and if a device is new to me, I have the ability to very quickly “figure it out”, make it do what it should do, and then help others to learn how to best use it!
