A little bit about me, the guy who started the MyTechnicalAssistant® service!

Here are a few things about me so you feel comfortable contacting me, and eventually, with my being the one you call on for personal assistance that is of a technical nature:

-	I have a gentle, patient approach to helping, explaining and teaching
-	I have a Master’s Degree and various other technical education and experience
-	I have been doing technically-oriented work for well over 25 years
-	My background is in computers, video, audio, photography, music, consulting, training
-	Many years experience in corporate/business and individual training and teaching
-	Have worked with a variety of people, ranging from kids to seniors, for many years
-	Have used both PC and Macintosh (Apple) computers extensively for several decades
-	I have a quiet-natured, friendly, easy-going sort of personality

A few “fun facts” ... that will help explain the unusual photos you see above!
-	I’m a musician, playing organ, piano and keyboards for about 30-something years.
-	I’m a movie buff and love to watch lots of kinds of movies
-	I’m originally from the Boston area; I have lived in Raleigh for 14 years now
-	I really enjoy helping people, working with people, and teaching people about technology!
What is my favorite thing about helping people with technology?

“It is seeing people get beyond their frustration with various technical devices, so that they can enjoy using them.  It is seeing that my help has given them a new perspective so that they feel better and more at-ease about the technology around them.”
